At Pure VogueCollection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your faucet or accessory doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with a return or exchange.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • All included components (mounting hardware, manuals, accessories) must be returned.

  • A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from returns:

  • Custom-finished or special-order faucets.

  • Final sale or clearance products.

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse.


3. How to Start a Return

To begin:

  2. We will respond with authorization and detailed return instructions.

  3. Returns without prior approval or outside the return window may not be accepted.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval status via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • If declined, a detailed explanation will be provided.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t posted after 10 business days:

  • Recheck your payment account.

  • Contact your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for:

  • Defective items upon delivery.

  • Incorrect products received.

Please include photos and a description in your initial email request. Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no extra charge.


7. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • For high-value items, we recommend insured and trackable shipping.

  • We are not liable for return parcels lost in transit.


8. Returning Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift:

  • You may receive a store credit for the return amount, sent after we receive and verify the return.

  • Refunds for gifted items will only be issued to the original purchaser.


9. Damaged on Arrival?

Please inspect all items upon delivery. If you notice damage:

  • Include clear photos of the packaging and product.

  • We will resolve the issue quickly, either by refund or replacement.
